I started my own fitness journey at the age of 41. I was (and still am!)
a time poor, single mum and I was tired of being overweight and unhappy
with how I looked. I got started by undertaking a body transformation
challenge very much like Thrive! - doing my workouts at home and changing my nutrition. I never looked back! It was the
catalyst that changed my life.
Now at 46 (almost 47!) I am fit, healthy and strong with the energy, body and mindset of a
much younger woman. I am so passionate about my lifestyle that I became a
qualified personal trainer so I could help others to fall in love with
fitness and overcome their self limiting beliefs.
